1.1 Cup Green Gram/ Moong Dal (soaked in water overnight)
2. 2-3 Green Chili
3.1 tbs Cumin Seeds
4.1 small Ginger
5.Curry Leaves
6.Coriander Leaves
7.Salt for taste
7.1 Tomato
8.Oil as required
Method :
1. Keep Moong Dal in water for one night.
2. Add Moong Dal, Green Chili, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Tomato in mixture.
3. Mix it well until it becomes a smooth batter.
4. Add some chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
5. Add some oil into the pan, spread the batter on the dosa pan.
6. Let it cook for a few minutes, turn on the other side and cook it well.
7. Serve dosa with tomato sauce or pickle.
