Ingredients
14 oz wheel of brie cheese
1 sheet store-bought puff pastry
1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
milk for coating
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
On a lightly floured surface roll out puff pastry until pastry is large enough to wrap around the wheel of brie
Line a baking tray with baking paper and lay the puff pastry down
Put brie in the centre, top with pecans, brown sugar and black pepper.
Carefully fold the puff pastry around the brie and pinch to close
Using a pastry brush, coat the outside of the puff pastry with milk
Bake on centre rack for 35-40 mins or until crust is a deep golden brown
Serve warm with crackers or fruit
