Dr Wendy Bazilian’s Better Sleep Juice
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
8-10 Walnuts halves
6 ounces Coconut Water
2 teaspoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup frozen Tart Cherries, cold but partially thawed (or 1/4 cup 100% tart cherry juice)
1/4 lime (to squeeze)
DIRECTIONS
Instructions:
Soak walnuts in water for between 1 and 24 hours, discard soaking water.
In a blender, blend together well: soaked walnuts, coconut water, honey, cinnamon, vanilla for about 2 minutes. Then add tart cherries and squeeze 1/4 lime. Blend and serve. Enjoy!
