I correct some of the text, specially about the use of punctuation,
prepositions, articles an so on as well as words order to be more
"natural" in Spanish. I replace the use you make of "orientación" for
the term coaching, leaving the original in English because the terms
"enseñar" (teach), "consultoria" (consultancy) or "orientar" (guide)
not reflect well the coaches work. Coach/coaching is a common term in
enterprises nowadays, and the use is globally widespread, so I thing
people will understand better the meaning if you don't translate.
