Leaving in a couple of weeks and doing it West to East and was wondering if anyone has any advice from a recent trip?

We are leaving mid August east to west! Maybe we'll run into you! Would like to hear any updates on trail conditions as well!

We are leaving out of Portland OR. but it will just be two of us on this trip.
