What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to upload using java interface on Tranche
2. Go though sign in and log in screen on indefinitely
3. On a single occasion I was able to log in and go through the process.
Told the upload finished, however datasets were never available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see data set in Proteome Commons. Saw no new activity

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Just downloaded a new version of the java data uploader. On Mac OSX 10.6.8
