If failed to download, then shouldn't try to rename. Otherwise, perhaps the
file path is incorrect...
(".tranche-temp.sh_072808p_E_coli_ABRF_red_080729210909.mzXML" is
suspicious.) Or host disk is full? Or copy failed but not properly
detected? Etc.
