Do I still have the chance to modify the text or files if I have already
upload them?

Tranche is a data repository and does not work like an "eternal hard
drive". Once data is uploaded, it cannot be modified. This was done by
design so that researchers could upload data related to manuscripts and
other publications. This ensures that the peer review process of the data
retains it's integrity. You can, however, upload multiple versions of your
data. Or delete old versions after uploading new data. Hope this makes
sense.
