Isthere a reason you were trying to flash your iPhone? Normally, a -1 error is baseband related and this could be indicative of a damaged baseband IC or it's solder connections. Has the phone been dropped much over its lifespan? Has it come into contact with water?

I have obstructed the system twice and, unfortunately, the IMEI number is still missing, the phone has been uploaded and 3utool displays error -1 at 80%. On one forum, someone said that he sees the problem in the picture, but he does not want to provide information on what the problem is. Thank you for your help.

The Audio IC repair, while presented as a routine repair, is truly one of the more terrifying repairs out there because so much can go so wrong, so quickly. This is especially true on the Intel BB boards as there is so little information available out there.

Hi @refectio @boneksl I'm not an iPhone repair technician but had quite similar problem. My iPhone 7 (A1660) got no service, brought it to a repair guy and he reballed the baseband IC and the problem still exist. iPhone can't be activated because IMEI is not showed up. He said that the CPU IC might already weak and there's no other solutions, otherwise I have to replace the logic board.

is a common failure when repairs audio ic, thats cause due to a wrong pointing of the hot air flow to the bbpmu thats located next to the audio ic, so the solution is to reflow that ic,if still not works you will have to reballing it or replace it.

Wipes everything out on the NAND and reflashes it with the OS provided in the IPSW. After, it will flash the NOR with the firmware files in the IPSW, and if it is an iPhone, re-flash the baseband as well (provided it is not an earlier baseband version, except in the case of the iPhone 4 and newer which depends on whether or not Apple is signing the baseband firmware you are trying to flash). On iPhone 5S and newer, it's also responsible for updating the SEP via seputil
