Seasonfour also introduces 12 new uniques that drop from Grigoire, Lord Zir, and either Duriel or Andariel. All of these bosses are available in both the Eternal and Seasonal realm, plus there are new Tormented Echoes bosses who cost extra materials to summon, but drop increased loot, plus a Resplendent Spark the first time you kill one of them.

You can re-fight Varshan from the Season of the Malignant in Nightmare and Torment world tier. If you complete Whispers and defeat Grotesque Debtors to acquire his Malignant body parts, you can summon him below the Tree of Whispers. Here's what he can drop:

You can fight Lord Zir in the Torment world tier if you kill world bosses, complete legion events, or defeat the Helltide's blood maiden to acquire the Exquisite Blood material to summon him. Here's what he drops, including new uniques in season four:

You can fight The Beast in the Ice in the Torment world tier if you complete Nightmare Dungeons above tier 30 and gather nine Distilled Fear to create its special Nightmare Dungeon key. Here's what it drops:

You can fight Duriel, King of Maggots in the Torment world tier if you acquire Shards of Agony and Mucus-Slick Eggs by defeating Grigoire and Varshan. Here's what the boss can drop, including uber uniques, plus a new unique in season four:

The new endgame boss in season four is Andariel. To summon her in Torment world tier, you'll need to defeat Lord Zir for Sandscorched Shackles and The Beast in the Ice for Pincushioned Dolls. Since she acts as an alternative boss to Duriel, she has the same loot table including uber uniques:

1) you dont play effective

I see this all the time, people see on stream or from friends great advice to farm chaos sanctuary for example. There is one problem with that tho, it is not good location for every build. You need to find location best suited for your character so you can farm location fast. There is no point to keep doing chaos runs if you spend there 10 minutes. You need something easy at start, something to farm and kill fast even and when you gear up, you can look for more difficult places.

You need to manage your time well. If you are for example running ancient tunnels solo, focus only champion and elite mobs for fastest and most effective way to find elite stuff.

2) You farm wrong places

You need to know what you are looking for. Cows are great for runes, mephisto hell for most common uniques and sets. High lvl area locations for elite uniques and sets for example. Take some time and learn more where to farm fow what type of items.

4) no enough players in game

If runes are your target, you need to farm big number of mobs in games with more players for maximum effect. Preferably solo in location to not split with others btw. If you are trying to do magic find runs, you dont want others in your games as they will slow your killing speed of champion and elites. Unless your char is very strong to kill on more players of course.

5) weak too versatile character

You dont need character who can farm 50 different places. Its best to have specialized character for type of items or location you want to farm. You dont need double element sorc to farm chaos sanctuary to do slower farming than pure cold sorc will do in ancient tunnels.

Limited drop rates

Activision is limiting your drops. If you are doing hundreds of runs each day for hours on end you may want to try just playing the first hour each day, as that will be the best chances of getting good items. After the first hour or so it is diminishing returns.

For example: i run chaos over chaos on P1 (leveled purely with this from 87 (or 88?) to 94 3/4 now) for HR drops. I know (and i knew before) that my odds would be better on higher P-games, but im fine with brain afk-farm over farm while listening to music AND i know, there is no reason to complain 'cause its in my hand to increase my odds.

Like many RPGs, Diablo 4 lets players customize their appearance to suit their preferences with a variety of gear types, cosmetics, and a transmog system to help players look their best as they slay their way through Sanctuary. Although Diablo 4 has faced some controversy surrounding its in-game microtransactions and Battle Pass, players have the chance to earn some free cosmetic items simply by watching some of their favorite streamers on Twitch. These Twitch Drops feature cosmetic items for each class, but are only active for a limited time and some have already ended.

In order to earn these rewards, players will have to link their Battle.net account to their Twitch account and watch an eligible Diablo 4 streamer for three to six hours while having drops enabled on Twitch. There is no need to watch one streamer during a full three to six-hour period as Twitch allows viewers to watch any Diablo 4 streamer and keeps track of the total time watched across all creators' channels. Players can then claim any rewards they've earned from these drops from their Drops Inventory menu on Twitch.

The Twitch drop event for Diablo 4 lasts for four weeks from Diablo 4's launch, and the first week of drops has already concluded. The rewards obtainable from drops during this first week included cosmetics for Diablo 4's Rogue and Necromancer classes with the Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger and Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword weapon recolors as well as class-specific cosmetics like the Matron-Sigil Coffer back trophy for the Rogue and Progenitor Favor back trophy for the Necromancer available for Twitch viewers to claim. The current week two drops that players have a chance to obtain until Jun 18 are the Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand weapon recolor and Hellrune Tabernacle back trophy for the Sorcerer.

In addition to these drops players can earn by watching Diablo 4 streamers on Twitch, the Primal Instinct Mount is also available as a reward through Twitch's Support a Streamer. Gifting two subscriptions of any tier to any of the eligible Diablo 4 creators earns the viewer access to this mount in-game. This campaign lasts through July 2, so players will be able to take earn this special mount anytime during Twitch's four-week Diablo 4 launch event.

For players who don't want to purchase any cosmetics from Diablo 4's in-game shop or Battle Pass, these Twitch drops are a great way to get some cosmetic rewards for free or by supporting their favorite streamer. These are some pretty stylish cosmetics and there are options available for all of Diablo 4's classes, so it's worthwhile for players to participate. This promotion is only ongoing for a limited time, so players interested in participating should make sure they have their necessary accounts linked so that they can start working towards earning these drops before the campaign ends.

Uniques and Mythics are the rarest items you can find in Diablo 4. They have powerful effects that can completely alter the way you play your character build. While they are harder to find than Legendary Aspects, they are not always the most powerful BiS (Best in Slot) gear. They also include flavor text, which provides lore surrounding these powerful items.

Season 5 is receiving a MASSIVE overhaul of many Unique and Mythic items. While we don't have full details yet, we expect more information on August 1st from Blizzard's official livestream. The patch notes for the Season 5 PTR give us some limited details on new Unique Items. Additionally, Uber Unique items have been renamed and are now easily recognizable as the new purple Mythic Items. For example, check out the new Tyrael's Might in all it's purple glory! Prepare yourself and your builds, this looks like a HUGE patch for these rare and highly sought after items!

For updates, sign in to your Maxroll account and pin this page to receive a notification when new details are discovered. You can find Uniques and Mythics that are NEW or have received an UPDATE in the tables below.

Mythics are extremely powerful drops that are extraordinarily rare, even more rare than Uniques. These items are target farmable from Duriel, King of Maggots and Echo of Andariel, Maiden of Anguish. While they can still drop from world drops, they are nearly impossible to find this way. Finally, you can craft Mythics so you won't be stuck farming them forever. Details on finding these include:

Mythics are craftable by using 4 Resplendent Sparks. These crafting materials are acquired by either salvaging Mythics, or as a first-time reward for defeating the Tormented versions of endgame bosses. For more information, see our Alchemist guide.

Diablo 4 is a game all about collecting rare loot, decking out your character with as many shiny pieces of weapons and armour as possible, and jumping headfirst into increasingly challenging combat encounters. Just recently, players have found all of the six incredibly elusive unique drops in the game. These items are so hard to obtain as to be virtually impossible to drop for the average player. But they payoff? They are unparalleled in terms of power.
