Metal Gear Solid Classic Collection is a game for all Metal Gear Solid Series. 2D Metal Gear is not much appealing nowadays for audiences other than the Series fans, and I wish Classic Collection could expands these games reach by packing them together in a single dedicated release. Of course, to play this game you have to get your own copies of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake, but I really think this effort could bring the spotlight over these two titles.
Yeah, The collection packs Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 in a single package. I had Metal gear HD collection in mind, but decided I to go with this classic releases once they are more suitable for handhelds.

following the exact directions above (including the rename fix), I could not get Metal gear to load correctly. I kept getting a blue MSX screen rebooting over and over again. After a couple hours of working on it, I figured it out. I noticed someone else mentioned using the European ROM of the game, which eventually got me where I needed to be.
