10.28 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Westall area).  Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at stations or between stations, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.

- 11.03 Buses are in operation, adding 30 min.
- 11.11 Trains are resuming.  First: 10.23 ex East Pakenham; 10.31 ex Flinders St.
10.36 Sunbury/Craigieburn/Upfield lines: Major delays clearing after a police action in the Parliament area.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.  Trains may operate direct to/from Flinders St.
