12.04 and into Wednesday.  Buses are replacing trains Frankston - Stony Point (an equipment fault), adding 25 min.
13.04 Werribee line: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Newport area).  Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at or between stations, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- when the train has already been announced (and shown on the screens) as ending at a different location, or the train was delayed (we all know because it arrived late, we dont need to be reminder of this.  And please stop with the nuisance marketing annoucements.
