Melbourne's Rising Fetsival is on and part of that festival is six art
trams allocated across various depots.
2017 is the Essendon tram and it was on the road this morning.
It is the work of Natasha Carter, a Dja Dja Wurrung, Yorta Yorta and
Jaru woman.
It is not her first tram. Natasha is the artist behind the Bendigo
Tramways Dja Dja Wurrung tram.
