9.43 Craigieburn line: Major delays (an 'operational incident' in the Essendon area).  Trains may be held at platforms, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.

18.50 Buses to replace trains Upper Ferntree Gully - Belgrave (police), eta over 50 min.
- 19.00 Eta over 40 min.
- 19.05 Buses are in operation, with more enroute, adding 30 min.
- 20.54 Trains are resuming.  First: 20.26 ex Ringwood; 21.09 ex Belgrave.

7.06 Craigieburn line: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Roxburgh Park area).  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- 7.16 Buses are replacing trains between Craigieburn and Broadmeadows, adding 20 min.  Broadmeadows trains have delays.
- Useless.
- 9.39 Trains are resuming.  First: 9.14 ex Flinders St; 9.55 ex Craigieburn.
8.37 Mernda/Hurstbridge lines: Major delays (an ill passenger requiring medical assistance at Parliament).  Trains may be held at platforms, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations, and may run direct from Flinders St to Jolimont.
- 8.54 Clearing.
- 9.01 The service through loop was reinstated, however I did follow the instruction to change to Flinders St.  30 min of extra commute, for no sense.
9.05 Glen Waverley line: Major delays (police in the Mount Waverley area).  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- 10.43 Clearing.
