10.11 Mernda line: Buses to replace trains between Clifton Hill and Reservoir (damaged level crossing equipment in the Thornbury area), eta over 60 min. Clifton Hill trains have delays [no mention of Mernda trains[].
- 10.40 Trains are resuming.  First: 9.21 ex Flinders St; 9.24 ex Mernda.
- 10.54 Major again.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
16.31 Werribee/Williamstown lines: Major delays clearing after an 'operational incident' in the Newport area.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- 17.03 Every week on this line with no notice.  Really tiring of this.
19.08 Major delays ('operational issues' in the Alamein area).  Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at or between stations, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- 19.29 Clearing, but trains may terminate at Ashburton.
