5.06 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Major delays (vandalism in the Oakleigh area).  Trains may be held at or between stations for an extended time; train services may be altered.
- 5.24 If someone has stolen the copper from the signals again then you need to start protecting it better! It's happening once a month now!
- 6.28 How about an occasional announcement for those of us stuck on a train with no idea how long the wait will be?
- 6.34 & 6.55 Buses are replacing trains between Caulfield and Oakleigh.  Limited buses are in operation with more on the way.  Trains each side have delays.
- 6.36 Can you give us your location?
- 8.08 Can’t seem to figure it out can you? Not even an apology for the severe inconvenience. How does this even happen in the first place?
- 8.38 What a joke. All because of vandalism you have inconvenienced thousands. Especially during exam time for university students. Seems as no trust be can formed for Victoria great ole public transport nowadays.
- 8.47 vandals have caused major damage to rail infrastructure, repairs have started but may take some time to be completed, police are investigating and hopefully the perpetrators are apprehended.

- 9.17 I was in Oakleigh.  I've turned around and gone home. I've lost $600 dollars in wages today. Yet I'm still expected to tap on. Metro is a joke.
- 9.22 Protective Service Officers are now on-site at Oakleigh and are managing the crowd. It is very disappointing that other passenger pushed in.
- 9.29 Convenient how this is just after “maintenance” works last night between Oakleigh and Caulfield. Is it just these works weren’t completed in time for the next day? Give transparency.
- 9.33 not correct, this has been an act of vandalism and nothing to do with the works over night.
- 9.40 The issue isn’t the perpetrators because they will reoffend. Put in a better system than “buses replace trains” or delaying trains up to 45 minutes. The people whose lives get affected could not care about “apprehending” the perpetrators.
- 9.42 I was at Parkville.  I bailed and walked to Flinders St for my connection. There may have been an announcement, but why can't Metro repeat announcemants at regular intervals? Everyone has their headphones on when the first  announcvement is made.
- 12.30 Trains are resuming.  First: 11.57 ex Arden; 11.31 ex East Pakenham.

- 16.13 This is still showing up in PTV app, could you clarify if service is back as normal or not? Delays up to 35 min, after earlier vandalism and now an 'operational incident' in the Carnegie area.
