18.37 What happened to the Frankston express train that was scheduled to leave pfm 12 at Southern Cross at 18.14? It was up on the board then disappeared. Announcements over the intercom were inaudible. No staff around to inform commuters.

- 16.46 we have a notification up on the metro website and metro notify app. At this stage the delays are minor. If the delays extend then we will advise on X a major delay.

- How about get advisor from DOT who advised getting rid of Sth Kensington lines been ripped up to reevaluate his decisions for removing the alternative route for hiccups like this? As has being very blustery http://lately.It will muck up V/Line services too!
- 17.15 Major again (an equipment fault in the St Albans area). Train services may be altered.
- 17.46 This level of service is atrocious. Fix your infrastructure.

- 18.11 this is a everyday thing with the Sunbury line and theres only two lines on the west side (if not including VLine). So this is getting really annoying.
- 18.32 Is this West Footscray - Sunbury train going to complete its journey?
- 18.35 This is ridiculous!! Stuck close to west Footscray station platform but can’t get out cos it’s in between. Can barely hear the announcement made by the driver. VLine trains are passing through fine.

- What do you mean by congestion on a single dedicated line designed for a turn up and go service? It's either blocked or not blocked, why have I been stuck for 25 minutes?
