5.33  Hurstbridge line: Major delays (police in the Watsonia area).  Train services may be altered.
- 7.20 & 7.30  Buses to replace trains Eltham - Greensborough (an equipment fault in the Montmorency area), eta over 35 min.
- 7.21 Are there still issues? All is quiet at Montmorency with no sign of trains.
- 7.22 The Hurstbridge line is suspended between Eltham and Greensborough. We have replacement buses enroute, but they may take up to 30 min.
- 7.31 Trains are resuming.
6.40 Buses to replace trains Elsternwick - Sandringham (emergency services attending to a 'serious incident'), eta over 60 min.

8.16  Lilydale/Belgrave lines: Major delays (a track fault in the Laburnum area).  Trains may remain stationary for extended periods between stations, or may terminate/originate at intermediate locations.
- 9.05 Clearing.
17.14 & 18.22 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Major outbound delays (an 'operational incident' in the Clayton - Westall area).  Trains will be held at between stations for an extended time.
- 17.22 What does it mean "operational incident"? Every week something happens and users never know what happens. It's always some generic reason.
- 17.23 Can't hear the driver on the intercom, any ideas on the length of delays?
- 17.24 trains are starting to move.
- 17.24 Your service is very slow, similar to a comedy. At least 2 out of 3 days of the week has a delay due to some excuses. No Australian state public transport is as trash as ptv.
- 17.24 PTV is a total joke.
- 17.26  in this case it's a system issue / fault and needs to be investigated.
- 17.32 Still major, but delays are expected to clear quickly.  Train services may be altered.
- 18.02 Your train service is despicable and s**t!  You gave free transport to mask how horrendous your service is.
- 18.04 Will you be deploying the snack & wine cart shortly?

19.10 Buses are replacing trains between Moorabbin and Frankston (a track fault in the Cheltenham area). Cheltenham - Frankston buses during works are being extended to Moorabbin, with more ordered.  Moorabbin tains have delays.
- 19.35 Train have resumed to Cheltenham.
