Hi, gang!

I hope that we will continue the very animated and very successful discussion here on Google Groups that we had when I created TramsDownUnder on Yahoo! Groups. So far, it seems to have the greater benefit of a stable experience that Yahoo! Groups has lacked, with increasing frustration amongst our members.

While Mal Rowe and Malcolm Miles, who really were the principal proponents of the changeover to TDU/Google, will be handling nearly all of the Administrative duties,I will continue to be an active moderator. A big thank you to both Malcolms to making this a reality!

In time, I will eventually move all of the Flies, Photos and other ancillary archives over to Google Groups. But this will take time.

So sit back, relax and enjoy TDU on our new venue!

Sincerely,

Milantram (Peter Ehrlich)
ass't moderator

Hi Peter. Is it possible to get the daily digest on google that we had on yahoo? I prefer it to getting the individual emails. If so how do I go about it? Cheers. Brian

Hi Brian (and others with a Gmail account)

You should be able to do so if you go to any Google page and log in (with your Gmail email address and password).

Once logged in, go to: https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!overview

You'll see a button labelled My Groups - click that and you can then follow through to TDU and your own settings by clicking on the My Settings button at top right.
If there's any problem, let me know and I can turn off individual emails for you.

... and for those who don't have a Gmail account - let me know if you want to change mail settings and I can turn off individual emails for you.

Mal
