9.51 Craigieburn line: Major delays (an 'operational incident' in the Ascot Vale area).  Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at or between stations, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- 10.57 Clearing.
13.12 Pakenham/Cranbourne/Frankston lines: Major delays (police in the Caulfield area).  Train services may be altered.
14.41 Buses to replace trains between Batman and Upfield (an equipment fault), eta over 60 min.  Batman trains have delays.
- 16.45 Trains are resuming. First: 16.23 ex Flinders St; 16.53 ex Upfield.
16.18 Coolaroo station carpark is close temporarily (emergency services attending to an external power fault).  Parked cars are inaccessible.
