9.00 Lilydale/Belgrave lines: Major delays (emergency services attending to a 'serious incident'.  Trains will not stop at Box Hill; change at Union or Blackburn to/from a replacement bus. 

- 10.28 Trains have resumed stopping at Box Hill.

- 10.40 Delays now minor and clearing.

12.28 Frankston line: Major delays (an 'operational incident' in the Kananook area).  Trains may remain stationary at or between stations for an extended time.

- 12.35 clearing.

13.32 Cranbourne line: Major delays (a track fault in the Merinda Park area).  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.

- 13.41 Buses to replace outbound trains between Dandenong and Cranbourne; some inbound trains will run.

- 13.52 Bus eta 50 min.

- 14.50 Buses are in operation, adding 30 min.  Dandenong trains have delays.

- 16.07 Trains are resuming.  First: 16.17 ex Arden; 17.17 ex Cranbourne.
