Australian electric buses in UK

While the NSW government jumps through hoops justifying purchasing buses from China, here is a one of a fleet of Custom Denning electric buses, designed and built in NSW, operating in UK.

I figure they must be the first Australian-manufactured, non-maritime public transport vehicles to operate in revenue service in UK, ever. Any other claims?
