Why can I not seem to be able to assign an address to a passenger?

I have tried to assign it to the passenger_LinkNo in both:

Profile: NONE: address:

or

Profile: NONE: passenger: NONE: passengerAddr:

All seems to work fine, no errors.  But when I check, the address is always assigned to the profile.  I don't seem to have this issue with Comms.  They seem to stay where I assign them.
