Question about uploading profiles in CB

I hope someone can help me with this. Clients are going online to enter their information in our portal.  We want through the API to send/update clients profile in Sabre.  The challenge is sometimes there is ONE main profile in Sabre with TWO Travellers attached to it (I believe it is how CB recommends setting up profiles).

 

I believe updating the main profile shouldn’t be an issue by using something like /profile.applyupdates, correct?

 

now, how do I update the traveller let’s say the husband profile that is attached to the main profile  as a Travelers?
