Tram Hunter v1.0

Tram Hunters,

Just to let you know I've dropped v1.0 into Google Play now. Should be
available shortly.

Only minor updates from RC1:
- Twitter feed now handles Gzip encoding, and even specifically asks for it.
- Network Map updated to latest PTV map. Seems alright.
- No more phantom crash on first launch.

Thanks as always for your help testing out last release. From now on
I'm going to try doing smaller, incremental releases.
