Actually, it's not the GPS that's broken. If you get a GPS signal
(after some time), I'd expect you'd see very accurate results. The
problem is with the 'last known location' which doesn't seem to be
updating. I've not seen this before, but I have finally managed to
replicate this problem.
If you leave it long enough (and especially if you're outdoors) you
should eventually get a GPS lock and the results will quickly change.

There isn't a way you can force a GPS update. You subscribe to GPS
updates and if you get a signal, your new location is sent to Tram
Hunter.
One thing you can try if you're seeing stale location result is to
install 'GPS Test' from the Play Store and from the settings, click
'Clear AGPS' and then 'Update AGPS'. Let me know if that helps you.
