Service disruptions

Forgot to mention in my last email, but I have fixed a minor problem
of the service disruption popup, in the case when trams are actually
still running.

I need to test this before releasing it to the market, so if anyone
comes across a situation where there is a disruption, but trams are
still running, can you please let me know so I can get this thing
tested out.
