Canyon View Trail within Hidden Falls Regional Park, Placer County, California

Dear Equestrian Colleagues:

         Attached please find a brief 2-page report on Canyon View Trail within Hidden Falls Regional Park, Placer County, California.  This trail is only 0.3 miles long, but it is an important linking trail within the park trail system.

         It was constructed in 2014 to connect the trails along the Seven Pools Loop and Seven Pools Vista trails with the Canyon View Bridge across Coon Creek and the many trails to the west.

          Canyon View Trail  has many quick changes in axial gradient from ascending to descending trail.  Coon Creek is not always visible, yet in the springtime the sound of rushing water is splendid for horse and rider alike.
