Dear Colleagues:

Attached is a concise trail report (in stable .pdf format) on the Grey Squirrel Trail.  It is located in the northwestern sector of Hidden Falls Regional Park, and operated by the Placer County Park Department.  This is a splendid single-track trail for horsemen, and it is far from the locus of "activity" along Coon Creek.  It goes up and over ridges, into small canyons, and there is a bridge at one of the creek crossings.  Look for the resting bench on a ridge (with a splendid view south) that was constructed by an Eagle Scout.  This trail begins and ends on North Legacy Way (= the main access road).

Respectfully submitted, Robert H. Sydnor, AERC Trail Master, Engineering Geologist, and LBHA equestrian
