With Thanksgiving behind us, I hope we can get a few more runners out
for Tuesdays Hill workout. The "Hill" portion of the run will take
place on a road. Even though the road doesn’t have significant
traffic, I strongly suggest we wear lighter colors for safety.

As always, all runners and paces will be accommodated.

December 01, 2009 (Tuesday)
Meeting at Foster Elementary, North side parking lot. 6:30 pm
20-minute core exercises
1 mile warm up
Hills; 4 x 3-short, 2-long, recovery jog
1-mile cool down

I’m also looking for anyone interested in a short hour road bike ride
mid-day Thursday. If you’re interested, please email me.

Hi Bill... have you made a decision what time you will ride tomorrow,
Thursday, and where you will be meeting?

It looks like it will be colder than I like to ride, but I need to learn how to tough it out on the bike. I'd like to ride around noon. Bob, if you want to ride with me, you are welcome to meet me at the house or I can pick you up. It will be a short one-hour ride around the Dussin/Eisenhower Park route.

Bill, if the route you are wanting to ride is in the direction of the Paramount Apartments I will take a lift.  If not, I can put my carrier on my car and meet you at your home.  I will call you at 10:30 in the morning.

Thanks,

Bob
