Hey Folks. Once again, I'm offering up Free FMS screens to any new
clients, with an additional option for discounted personal training
services. This is for members of the Portland Triathlon Club, Tri
Team PDX and Trail Factor.

What is an FMS?
It's a Functional Movement Screen. It highlights your movement
imbalances as an individual and creates a movement road map to help
design an appropriate mobility, therapy, and strength training
regiment to combat these imbalances. Think of it as going into to see
your Primary Care Physician, but the physician is checking your
movement health.

I'm offering these free of charge. They take about 30 min to complete
and you have the option of purchasing personal training after that at
a 15% discounted rate. The discount applies to a single session or a
10 pack of personal training.

Hey Shawn! 

I would love to take you up on this! I've never had one of these over the years I've spent running, and I feel like this would provide extremely helpful knowledge in helping me strengthen weakness due to any imbalances. Also if you're interested, I manage the Float Shoppe where we specialize in flotation therapy. I'd love to offer you a float and see what you think of the overall experience. Tuesday anytime before 4 is ideal. Monday and Wednesday anytime after 4:30, Thursday's before 5:30, and Friday's after 4:30.

I am interested in the FMS as well.  As for date/time, generally M-F late afternoon/early evenings are best for me.

Problem is all emails are going to the trailfactor mailing list. If you're interested in Shawn's services I think we'd all be grateful if you just email him directly rather than emailing trailfactor@.

I don't live in the Portland area anymore but enjoy getting periodic emails from the trailfactor group. Periodic emails.
