Rick, a colleague and I are headed up to Mt. St. Helens on Sunday morning. Feel free to join us!

4:45 - Leaving the Albertson's/Outback Steakhouse parking lot @ Cedar Hills Blvd. and Barnes Rd.

6:15 - Arriving at Mt. St. Helens

6:30 - Run start. Probably counter-clockwise.

Last year it took just under 9 hours to finish.
