Sag Van help

I am sponsoring a ike tour of summit and Eagle county this summer for
friend around the country. I want to run this like a professional
tour and and seaching for someone to drive a sag van and to help in
implementing the details. This will be the third week of July. A
college student or retired person would be great. Any ideas?
I plan on getting a large van to transport riders and having a trailer
to transport bikes when needed, although many rides will start and end
in Breck. Any suggestions on the rental of a van or trailer suitable?
