TrailBites is a lightweight, privacy-first Android app built for contractors, field service workers, and mobile professionals. It automatically tracks your daily routes, site visits, and job durations strictly on your device—allowing you to efficiently view daily Timelines with Site Visits and Trips (with Mileage) securely, without the enterprise bloat.

Site visits can be tracked by creating Zones directly from the map. You can name, categorize, resize, and reposition them with ease.

Out-of-Zone Trips or movement can be visualized using TrailBites' Time Travel feature, which renders your route directly on the map. Toggle the "Suggest Zones" feature to have TrailBites identify newly visited areas that don't have an existing Zone. Time Travel also provides an interactive slider to move forward or backward through a trip, displaying precise location details for every point along your route.

You retain complete control over location logging with a flexible Tracking Schedule. Furthermore, location request frequencies dynamically adjust using TrailBites' battery-frugal, Power- and Activity-aware Tuning Profiles.
