Haha, is this a serious question? I have never conducted a physical count of deer flies. Would the study include biting and non-biting, those that are killed or not killed....this could be an extensive study. ...lol

That's right. And just a 7 minute mile pace will drop them.
And if you run slower, I get some satisfaction in taking them out. I've taken out 2 at a time by blindly clapping my hands above my head. And a total of 22 on a single run.

Sick burn! I think we're all missing the bigger point here which is that we should learn to embrace the suffering that we experience from deerflies. Open up to it, make room for it, accept it, and then turn toward our valued actions. #ohm #therapist
Sort of agree with the squirrel; HtFU! This year's crop isn't even that bad compared with previous years.
Lol! Too bad there's not a recipe for deer fly something or other... We could harvest them...
