Refactorings going on and on!

Hi,

refactorings are going smooth.
I just commited some API changes in de.lmu.ifi.dbs.trafficmining.graph:

Now there is no more OSMNode, OSMGraph and OSMLink.
I merged the Classes with Node, Link and Graph as the separation was
pretty useless.

I changed all depending classes and algorithms as well.
Also I integrated the map viewer now directly because all the
System.out.println in swingX-ws have been on my personal todo for a long
time.

There now should be no more System.out (except in the examples).
