Press Release – Condemning Hyderabad Metro MD’s Ignorance of History

Hyderabad has over 400 year old history. The MD of HMR has the audacity to say that the businesses at Sultan Bazar and Badi Chowdi began “only about 50 years ago," and not 150 years. At the time of accession of Hyderabad into the Indian Union in 1948 itself, (over 60 years back), the city had well developed markets and it was one of the big cities in India. We condemn his misinformation. Read our Press Release.
