Hello Everyone,

I have scheduled a meeting with Alan Chan, Traffic Engineering, to discuss
the situation at Boston and MacArthur. We will meet there this Friday, Aug
1 at 2:30 pm. I realize it's not a great time given many work schedules,
but I'd like to get it started with him. Please send me all of your
specific questions or comments you have and I will be sure to include them
with my own.
