Traffic Router Access Logs ttms field

I've observed that in practice the ttms field of the Traffic Router access log has a value of 0 or 1 for a very large percentage of requests.
I'd like to increase the granularity of this field to include microseconds by increasing the precision from X to X.uuu

Would this have an ill consequences for anyone?

I don't see a problem with it, we'll probably have to change the field type in the various log file analysis systems, but that shouldn't be a big deal. Make sure to release note it very clearly though.
