[VOTE] RELEASE-1.6.0-RC6

Hello All,

I've prepared a release for v1.6.0 (RC6)

Changes since 1.5.1:

This time around we have no artifacts because building out of the source tarball is not complete, and we are not distributing RPM's to be voted upon anymore. There will be convenience RPM's for download still. You will need to check out the git tag and build from there following the instructions in the build directory.

This corresponds to git:

Hash: 9d1ef9d1e27d84bf058cb46cd901ba5c03809f16

Tag: RELEASE-1.6.0-RC6

Which can be verified with the following:

git tag -v RELEASE-1.6.0-RC6

Make sure you refresh from a key server to get all relevant signatures.

I'm +1 on RC-6 so far with my testing. There is a few issues related to ORT/revalidation that can easily be worked around and a Perl JSON:PP warning that doesn't seem to affect anything.
