[VOTE] RELEASE-1.6.0-RC0

Hello All,

I've prepared a release for v1.6.0 (RC0)

Changes since 1.5.1:

https://github.com/Comcast/traffic_control/compare/RELEASE-1.5.1...RELEASE-1.6.0-RC0

This time around we have no artifacts because building out of the source tarball is not complete, and we are not distributing RPM's to be voted upon anymore. There will be convenience RPM's for download still. You will need to check out the git tag and build from there following the instructions in the build directory.

This corresponds to git:

Hash: c81c900ee3129d77285a56c6d0ce7c37ace92374

Tag: RELEASE-1.6.0-RC0

Which can be verified with the following:

git tag -v RELEASE-1.6.0-RC0

My code signing key is available here:

http://keys.gnupg.net/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xB61A3C6B0BDD66E8

Make sure you refresh from a key server to get all relevant signatures.

The vote is open until Friday July 8th, 2016.

Is the current traffic server patch of 5.3.2-f914e70 the recommended ATS patch to use with TC1.6?
