i am having the same issue and it seems it is something that will need to be updated within the app. in the interim i added the account within the citrix workflow app in order to get into my companies citrix session until the app is updated accordingly.
Hello - I recently installed the CR01 app on a new iPad pro in order to be able to log in remotely. Worked great until the Apple software update to iOS 13. At this point, when attempting to log in, the Citrix website does not recognize the receiver app as being available on my iPad.
Thought I'd update this.
Session Reliability was checked on the Secure Gateway configuration for XML Services site. I've disabled it.
Afterwards, remote users could connect most of the time without the '...183' error.
Internal users could not connect, but the '183' error was not the one displayed. In trying to resolve this issue, I followed another thread which described changing a line in the WebInterface.conf file.
The receiver now displays a generic "Could not establish communication with server" error whenever it fails to start an application, which is about half the time.
This happens far too often to call this reliable or to deploy to any of our users at this time, but it does appear that the original error has been resolved.

There are several places you can set the "timeout" setting, on the server, on the gateway, etc. Which may be what's causing your issue. I would check those settings on your citrix setup and see if you can increase the time on the citrix side.
