Dear Interested Colleagues,
Bretton Woods is a leading provider of legal and financial translation
services servicing Brazilian and foreign clients in the areas of legal and
financial transactions mainly focused in the capital markets in Brazil
(Bovespa), United States (NYSE) and London (FTSE). Formed by myself Robert
Chanda over 6 years ago we work with Spanish, Portuguese and English
languages. We are located in the city of Sao Paulo Brazil.
We offer a fixed salary of $R4500,00 - $R5000,00 month depending on
qualifications for senior translators with the opportunity to make bonuses
every quarter based on a word count that is totaled over this period.
Currently my employees in 75% of the cases over the last 5-6 years have
enjoyed some level of bonus payout over this period. The bonus is
significant as it has totaled in many cases the same level as the monthly
salary over the same period.
We have no physical office and use a leading edge software product that is
web based. We offer 1 month paid holiday with very flexible work hours
however, when busy, longer work days and weekend work can be expected from
time to time.
In terms of qualifications we ideally look for some experience in the audit
firms and or a law firm or legal department with familiarity with contracts
and legal terminology, however having experience in one area or the other
and not both can be enough to qualify for the position.
My direct experience working as a corporate banker and bank systems design
and business development manager has served the business well in terms of
offering my team members the knowledge and skill set to advance their
careers and professional work ethic.

CUIDADO!!!
Já recebi uma mensagem dessas e desconfiei muito. Veja os motivos:
1. A tal empresa não tem site ativo.
2. O nome Bretton Woods é genérico. Fiz um rastreamento do domínio e está registrado em nome de um tal The Bretton Woods Institute, que não existe.
3. O CNPJ da empresa é 05.568.073/0001-06, que corresponde a um empresário individual, o tal Robert Chanda. A empresa foi extinta, encerrada desde 06-04-2009.
4. Pesquisei com amigos de São Paulo e ninguém conhece a tal agência "generosa".

1. Fui mais fundo. A empresa foi "BAIXADA" por intervenção da Receita, isto é, por irregularidades.
2. O dono da empresa o Sr. ROBERT WILLIAM CHANDA, estrangeiro, com passaporte número BA540441, teve o pedido de autorização de trabalho indeferido pela Imigração brasileira.
