Christmas / New Year Potluck

Hi folks,
Its that time of the year again.
Its kind of difficult that we don't have our own location to host the
party.
On the bright side the Harmonic is nice and warm though.
Unless you can come up with a better idea.
So this year we are having it on Dec 29th (Saturday).
Its a Saturday and should we start at around ... 6:00 pm ??
Besides eating what other activities can we do, open for suggestions.
From pass years experience we might have around 40 people.
I can bring tables, 4 long ones, and someone else to bring chairs.

We're in (me, Philip, Nick and Marcus) total of 4.

I think we'll bring samosas.
