Bid counter and new Narrow Layout added in Release 23

Keep track of your hot auctions with the new bid counter. This
optional feature (disable in the advanced settings menu) shows the
number of bids your auction has had. If the number exceeds 5, then it
is considered hot, and will be displayed in bold red.

Also added is a new optional Narrow Layout. For people wanting to
embed their auctions in a sidebad on a webpage - this is ideal. Again,
check the advanced settings menu for selecting this layout option.
