1. add ability to specify color on indicators and labels
2. add ability to draw multiple indicators on same chart
3. fix display for large-value symbols (eg GOOG/BRKA)
4. add ability to change chart intervals in kadina
5. make sure indicators plot across multiple intervals
6. change intervals from using bar #s to using times
