new EDGE release

Edge release pushed tonight.... mostly small bug fixes and small
features, but also contains significant chart upgrades... including :

* ability to chart multiple indicators plots in kadina
* ability to display multiple intervals in kadina
* ability to specify color for indicator plots and labels in kadina
* plots and labels are now specified in price and time coordinates,
rather than price and bar number
* charts support properly drawing expensive securities (such as BRKA,
GOOG, etc)

this is release 1740.
