Role: SAP S/4HANA Functional Configurator

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Configurators with hands-on expertise in one or more of the following modules:

Functional Areas

  • SAP FI/CO

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Materials Management (MM)

  • Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM)

  • Project Systems (PS)

  • Contract & Lease Management (RE-FX)

  • SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA functional configuration experience in Digital Core modules.

  • 5+ years of experience in technology delivery and stakeholder relationship management within large enterprise environments.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP data integration solutions, including:

    • REST APIs

    • Real-time streaming

    • Messaging and event-driven architectures

    • ETL/ELT processes

    • Integrations across on-premise, SaaS, cloud-native, custom, and COTS applications

  • 5+ years of experience with:

    • SAP S/4HANA

    • SAP BTP

    • SAP Fiori

    • SAP Workflow

    • SAP RISE

  • 4+ years of experience evaluating emerging technologies and advising product teams on technology strategy and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

  • Experience with Corporate Real Estate applications, including:

    • Capital Planning

    • Transaction Management

    • Lease Accounting & Administration

    • Fixed Asset Management

    • Subledger Balance Sheet Management

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Contract & Lease Management (RE-FX)

    • Real Estate Accounting

    • Real Estate Valuation

  • Experience with:

    • SAP Business Data Cloud

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

    • SAP RE-FX / CLREM

    • COPA

    • GL

    • Asset Accounting

    • EPPM / PS

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC RE-FX and SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementations and support.

  • 3+ years of experience with:

    • Databricks

    • Data Lake platforms

    • SAP GRC

    • SAP MDG

    • SAP Ariba

    • Supply Chain integrations with S/4HANA

  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations, microservices architectures, and API-first solutions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
