Location: Chicago, IL
5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and support (on‑premises and/or SharePoint Online).
Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts.
Technical Skills (Must‑have)
Strong knowledge of SharePoint (SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server) architecture and customization.
Proficiency in C#, .NET,
ASP.NET, SQL Server, and SharePoint APIs (Server Object Model / REST / CSOM / PnP).
Working knowledge of front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular) is a plus.
Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Apps is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
Oversee CMDB strategy, data modeling, governance, and data quality improvements
Drive implementation of ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, and CSM modules
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Design integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
Lead production support, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of complex issues
Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and governance
Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support automation and monitoring strategies
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture
Strong hands-on expertise in:
ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)
ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Deep understanding of:
CMDB architecture, data modeling, and governance
ServiceNow platform architecture & best practices
Experience in:
Asset Management and CSM (Customer Service Management)
Production support and troubleshooting complex enterprise issues
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes
Experience with integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure concepts
